Listening point optimisation system. The car compartment has fixed listening positions and the components forced installation sometimes places them at non favourable angulations. Thanks to BSC®, it is possible to adjust the speakers emission in order to make up for woofer and tweeter natural loss at high frequencies. Thus, the driver or the passenger will be able to fully enjoy the components best acoustic response simply by setting the right adjustment on the filter.

Components Resistors: metaloxide, high power and precision, non inductive; Inductors: 1 mm copper coil, low resistance, high saturation flux; Capacitors: polyester film, 100 Vdc, very low DF; Layout: 1.7 mm shockproof FR2 with very thick pads. Crossover Frequency Cut-off frequencies have been chosen for the best acoustic crossover point. The study of the reverberating field in cars, which interacts with the system response, recommended the use of open electrical cuts with optimised damping. Attenuation slopes are 12dB/Oct.

  Triple Resistor Heat Sink® Aluminium heat sink for resistors. Metaloxide resistors are assembled on a special heat sink which improves their performances and power handling.
