Hertz SPL line widens its “horizons” with three amplifiers, providing a complete response to those looking for a system dedicated to an explosive Sound Pressure Level (SPL).
The SPL Show line, originally introduced with the SX subwoofer range, has been continuously evolving following the feedback received from the competition field and from fanatics of low frequency energy. The components for high and medium frequencies, tweeter, midrange and woofer, have been designed in synergy with the three subwoofers.
Now the SPL range expands with the introduction of three amplifiers!
HP 802, HP 3001, HP 6001 amplifiers ensure a performance at the highest SPL level, even into an extended use at full power, following the Hertz SPL Show line tradition; they are provided with an exclusive set of filters and connections, making them the most versatile amplifiers in their category.
The HP 802 is a stereo capable of delivering up to 1800W; the HP 3001 and HP 6001 are powerhouse mono models, delivering 3600W and 6000W respectively.
Each component from the power supply stage to the final stage has been selected for its power, efficiency and reliability: multiple toroidal transformers, primary capacitors (Low ESR), Mosfets TO247 and secondary capacitors give shape to an overbuilt internal layout supplying an outstanding power, with a highly efficient level of thermal dissipation.
The Front End section is equipped with a complete crossover system, for endless configuration solutions.
The HP 802 is a stereo amplifier featuring separate Hi-Pass and Lo-Pass filters, able to be configured into a Band-Pass filter. It is also fitted with an adjustable parametric equalizer as well as a Pre Out to re-launch the input signal to other amplifiers in a multi-amplified system. The mono models, HP3001 and HP6001, feature a by-passable Lo-Pass filter (24 dB/Oct. slope), Subsonic filter, phase control, remote volume control (HRC) and also a Chain Mode function to cascade a second amplifier into a single load, achieving maximum SPL levels.
